Senior Contract Advisor

An exciting opportunity is available for a Contract Specialist to join a small, collaborative project studies team. Reporting to the Study Manager, you will play a key role in supporting early‑phase project studies by managing multiple active contracts and ensuring smooth commercial operations across a range of consultancy and technical study scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple active contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract extensions and variations to support new and existing study activities.
• Assist Study Managers across 2–3 concurrent studies with contract planning and administration.
• Support strategic considerations around contract requirements for various consultancies in the study phase.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including engineers, package managers, project EA, and the small commercial team.
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Principal for guidance, support, and escalation where required.

About You:

• Backgrounf in engineering, quantity surveying or related fields preferred.
• Experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial support.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing active contract processes.
