One of our clients, an IPP, is expanding its onshore renewables pipeline and we’re looking for a Senior Project Developer to lead the origination and development of solar, battery storage and some onshore wind projects. You’ll take projects from early‑stage identification through to ready‑to‑build, working closely with landowners, communities, technical teams and commercial stakeholders.

You’ll take projects from early‑stage identification through to ready‑to‑build, working closely with landowners, communities, technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across solar, BESS and wind
- Lead all development activities including land, planning, grid and environmental workstreams
- Manage external consultants and cross‑functional internal teams
- Build strong relationships with landowners, local authorities and community stakeholders
- Negotiate land agreements and key development‑phase contracts
- Drive projects to RTB with clear scheduling, risk management and reporting
- Proven experience developing onshore renewable projects to RTB
- Strong understanding of planning, permitting and grid‑connection processes
- Excellent stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different regions
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and passion for the energy transition
