Position: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Monaco
Start Date: ASAP
Status: Contract
Duration: 12 months (renewable)


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all technical and administrative activities across complex oil & gas projects.
  • Develop, manage, and control project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with project objectives.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct and oversee technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Review and approve technical documentation in accordance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Act as the primary interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project engineering teams.
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the project organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in project engineering within the oil & gas industry.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High level of proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
