Sales Specialist – Central & Eastern Visayas
Location: Metro Cebu
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to grow sales of power and energy solutions, including high‑voltage equipment, transformers, grid automation, grid integration, and services, across Central and Eastern Visayas. This role focuses on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering sales results aligned with business strategy.

Sales Specialist – Central & Eastern Visayas
Location: Metro Cebu
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to grow sales of power and energy solutions, including high‑voltage equipment, transformers, grid automation, grid integration, and services, across Central and Eastern Visayas. This role focuses on developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and delivering sales results aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales within utility and industrial markets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while addressing specific client needs.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and support accreditation/homologation processes.
- Prepare and execute sales plans using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Coordinate with bid, proposal, and market teams to develop commercial and technical offers.
- Support marketing initiatives, sales administration, and project or collection activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act in line with company values, with strong focus on safety and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the power, energy, EPC, or industrial sector.
- Strong network within local EPCs and OEMs.
- Experience engaging with technical teams and senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cebuano.
- Willing to travel within the Visayas region; valid driver’s license required.
