Senior ServiceNow OT Solution Architect – 3 months (with up to 3 extensions) – Gentofte, Denmark

37-hour week
Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote

Required:-  Have successfully architected and implemented the ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) module in at least. One real-world production environment with utilizing ISA 95/ Purdue model. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow OT Module. Strong understanding of ICS/OT environments such as SCADA, PLCs, and HMIs. Experience integrating ServiceNow with OT data sources and external systems. Familiarity with CSDM and OT data models. Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).  Are familiar with governance, licensing models, cost optimization, and maintaining ServiceNow as a strategic platform across multiple business areas.

ServiceNow OT Solutions Architect Day-to-day responsibilities

• Contributing to the design and architecture of ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) solutions, including OT CMDB, OT Service Management (OTSM), and OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR).
• Collaborating closely with External partners, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Product Managers, RTE and business stakeholders to deliver an effective, sustainable OT solution.
• Designing scalable, secure and sustainable OT CMDB models, Discovery configurations and service mappings that address segmented OT networks, industrial protocols and security constraints.
• Supporting OT/IT convergence by integrating ServiceNow with industrial control systems and network management tools.
• Developing architecture documentation, design patterns and governance processes specific to ServiceNow OT, ensuring long-term maintainability and compliance.
• Advising and overseeing implementations to ensure ServiceNow OT solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, scalable and high-performing, while also defining and managing integrations with OT systems (e.g., SCADA, EAM, historians) to maintain a complete and accurate OT CMDB.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in how OT environments are represented and managed on the
• ServiceNow platform.
• Providing technical and strategic guidance on best practices, licensing models and platform capabilities specific to OT environments.
• Cooperating with the broader architecture and platform governance teams to ensure alignment with the overall architectural runway and strategic portfolio goals.
• Adhering to clients’ standards for OT and IT security, ensuring all designs meet or exceed frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS2, and Zero Trust principles.
