Senior Structural Topsides Engineer

As a Senior Structural Topsides Engineer, you will use your skills in design and engineering, you will develop high-quality, safe, and sustainable structural solutions that meet rigorous international standards while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

In this position, you will lead engineering efforts on complex topsides structures, optimize designs, coordinate with vendors and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless integration across systems. 

Location & Working Pattern: Long-term role, 3 days in the office / 2 days remote. 

Required Skills:

• Expertise in structural topsides design, including detailed design and analysis
• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation software tools
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and industry regulations
• Experience in package engineering and site engineering activities
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers, with experience in discipline or package leadership
• Proven capability in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including vendors and subcontractors
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with innovative materials or advanced manufacturing methods
• Knowledge of digital engineering tools and integrated project delivery platforms
• Certifications related to structural engineering or offshore safety management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Engineering diploma in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience within the oil & gas or offshore engineering industry
• Demonstrated background in topsides structural engineering and package execution

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to engage in project-related travel as needed
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date certifications and compliance with industry safety standards
