Work Schedule :- 8–10 hours per day
Rotation :- 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Simulator Instructor to design, develop, and deliver advanced competency‑based training programs for operations personnel. The role includes simulation training, technical instruction, competency assessments, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with safety standards.

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Simulator Instructor to design, develop, and deliver advanced competency‑based training programs for operations personnel. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver simulator‑based and classroom training programs.
- Prepare competency‑based assessments, learning materials, and training tools.
- Analyse knowledge and skill gaps to enhance OJT (On‑Job Training) programs.
- Develop training content for process/technical units and procedure assessments.
- Create and modify simulator scenarios in coordination with Simulator Engineers.
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain accurate training records.
- Support implementation of process safety and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE, Quality, and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to nationalization initiatives and employee development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Instructor/Trainer.
- Knowledge of plant processes, production equipment, and DCS systems.
- Experience in plant operations, maintenance, and procedure development.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
