Location: Pakil, Laguna and Rizal
Headcount: 2 Needed
Project Duration: 4 years 

Job Summary
Accountable for the planning function on allocated project/ tender. Accountable for ensuring that projects/ tenders are effectively planned, scheduled and monitored. Supports Project Management function in delivery of the project/ tender, as required. ensuring they are delivered on time and profitably. Responsible for the planning of medium to high complexity projects, a portfolio projects or sections of larger projects.
  • Leads application of specific planning/scheduling methods, techniques and tools.
  • Develop the WBS and alignment of other Breakdown structures.
  • Develop the WBS dictionary in support of the Baseline book.
  • Ability to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • Ability to play key role in multidisciplinary teams and take lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
  • Leads and manages a team of professionals delivering planning/schedule management services and responsible for staff development.
  • Production and control of cost and resource loaded baseline and current schedule, utilising approved work breakdown structures and techniques.
  • Adherence to scheduling and project control standards across the project.
  •  Overseeing and ensuring schedules are updated to an agreed timeframe.
  • Support cost control, risk and change management teams where appropriate.
  • Support the production of monthly reports through the provision of intelligent information and analysis.
  • Producing analysis of trends, generating performance indicators and providing feedback on areas of risk and opportunities.
  • Analysis and integration of schedules provided by contractors and suppliers.
  • Establish and foster working relationships with all appropriate stakeholders pursuant to the discharging of your responsibilities or in aid of theirs
  • Liaise with other departments and foster and practice client team values.
  • Responsible for supporting schedule management and reporting for the program – including cost and earned value reporting and management. Provide ad hoc support to the wider Project Controls function to develop the capability of the team using knowledge from wider experience.
  • Adherence to the current monthly Project Controls cycle and processes and support with any future development.
  • Good working knowledge of planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies
Requirement & Technical Expertise
  • 20+ years of strong experience and proven ability in Planning & Schedule Management.
  • Highly developed primavera P6 skills
  • Proven facilitation/presenting skills.
  • Experience working in large projects/programmes.
  • Good communication skills.
