NES Fircroft are supporting our valued client, a Global Oil & Gas Operator, who are recruiting a Site Services Coordinator on a 14/14 roster for an initial 12-month contract.

Description

The Site Services Coordinator will provide operational oversight to Supply Chain Management Business Partners (BP) on Barrow Island and ensure contracted scopes of works are conducted in a safe, reliable and efficient manner and that Companies Operational Excellence (OE) standards are met.

Responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to:

- Tactical contract execution for scopes of responsibility
- Demonstrating visible safety and environmental leadership and OE culture
- Work with Business Partner (BP) and Contract Owner (CO) to deliver contractual obligations
- Manage / report on non-conformances
- Invoice review and approval of claims for payment in our systems of record
- Managing POB forecast to actual requirements
- Resource and equipment utilisation reviews
- Support development of business cases and proposals to enable decision making
- Collation and analysis of key operational data
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives – assisting with the site roll out of new systems and processes
- Support business in delivering the business plan and supporting safe and reliable execution of Major Capital Projects (MCP)
- Support to Team Lead Site Services Gorgon and Site Services Coordinators including leave coverage
- Attend relevant Business Partner Pre-Starts, meetings and other engagements
- Conduct Business Partner audits, inspections and Managing Safe Work engagements
- Review & approval of permit to work activities
- Perform Area Controller duties for Off Plot permit to work activities
- Support the Perth based Contract Owners with site contract compliance activities
- Oversee Business Partner management of incidents, investigations and actions within our safety management system
- Conduct verification and validation of incident action close outs where assigned
- Support engagement and interface between BP and other Barrow Island customers, eg. WA Oil, TAR, etc
- Participate in Emergency Management exercises and events
- Role requires very good Excel skills and preference for prior experience in delivering Site Service for Oil & Gas or similar industry
