The Role:
NES Fircroft is partnering with a wind OEM new to the Australian market, utilising advanced technology to solve logistics, efficiency and installation challenges unique to the sector. They are now looking for 3 x Site Supervisors to assist with the construction phase of a well-documented wind project in Northern WA, working alongside a well-established developer and resources business.
The Role: Site Supervisor (Wind) x 3
Location: Northern WA (considering candidates in WA and Inter-state)
Roster: 2:1 (negotiable for inter-state candidates)
Rate: Day Rate, negotiable
Start Date: April / May
Length of contract: 18 Months

Key responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of the assembly phase (wind sector)
- Coordination of the team and subcontractors
- Improvements in processes and protocols and ultimately coordinate any aspect in order to meet the objectives set according to the planned schedule.
- Prepare documentation: drawings, method statements, risk assessments, reports for clients, projects follow ups, and summaries on project progress and on-site operational situations
- Participate in project meetings virtually, ensuring effective communication of progress and requirements.
- 5 + years proven work experience as an Assembly Specialist for lifting operations, construction and/or installation.
- Definition and supervision of onshore lifting operations and/or special construction processes.
- Knowledge about standard lifting and lifting equipment
- Long term contract working on a well-documented wind project in WA
- Exposure to unique technology within the Wind development sector in Australia
- Negotiable Roster / Pay rates
