Salary & Benefits
- Up to $185,500 total fixed remuneration (including 13.5% super)
- Base salary $163,296
- Permanent, full‑time role based in Perth, WA
- Approx. 3–4 days regional travel per month

- Experienced in renewable technologies (BESS, solar, wind) with strong troubleshooting and commissioning capability – non‑negotiable
- A‑Grade Electrician with BESS/renewables experience or Electrical Engineer with utility‑scale renewable exposure
- Confident diagnosing faults, supporting commissioning and restoring power station operations
- Strong communicator who can support site teams and collaborate across engineering and operations
- Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment with governance and approvals
- Support the performance, reliability and optimisation of inverter‑based assets across regional WA
- Lead fault finding, troubleshooting and remote technical support to bring power stations back online
- Provide commissioning oversight and technical guidance to onsite teams
- Analyse asset performance, identify risks and recommend improvements
- Play a key role in integrating new renewable technologies and supporting Horizon Power’s decarbonisation goals
