Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Location: London or North York, ON
Length: 1 year (with potential extension)
Rotation: 3 days in office (Mon/Tues/Thurs) and 2 days remote (Wed/Friday)
Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership for complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive organizational change, operational efficiency, and strategic business outcomes. This role translates work management priorities into actionable plans and ensures disciplined project execution from initiation through sustainment.
The Project Manager oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring clear scope definition, robust planning, effective risk mitigation, and transparent communication. They develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and resource requirements to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities with a strong focus on value realization.
Working closely with change management specialists, the Project Manager ensures business readiness by aligning process, system, and organizational impacts with adoption plans. They champion consistent planning practices, promote informed decision‑making, and advance sustainable ways of working across project and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout), ensuring key components are addressed (scope definition, cost/benefit analysis, communications plan, risk log, sustainment plan, etc.).
- Translate strategic objectives into executable project plans aligned with work management priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, financial forecasts, and resource requirements.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive outcomes that are value‑focused, measurable, and aligned with governance and business goals.
- Develop dependency and overlapping roadmaps and timelines.
- Provide transparent, concise reporting for leadership, including progress updates, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with change management specialists to ensure business readiness and drive sustainable adoption of new systems and processes.
- Champion disciplined planning practices and data‑driven decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of project management, organizational change management, communications, training, reporting, and sustainment methodologies.
- Related university degree with 15+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make timely decisions, and deliver results.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience leading change initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including consensus building, negotiation, and facilitation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Working Conditions
- Travel up to 5 days per month within Ontario and the United States.
- Hybrid work model: onsite Monday/Tuesday/Thursday; remote Wednesday/Friday.
