Location: Bergen
Main tasks:
- Deliver operational support and technical maintenance for subsea control systems across multiple assets.
- Act as the discipline contact for assigned assets, providing guidance and solutions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including subsea structures, manifolds, valves, process, automation and asset contacts.
- Participate in integrity assessments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives for subsea equipment within subsea controls.
- Timely and high-quality operational support and maintenance tasks for subsea control systems.
- Technical recommendations and solutions for equipment reliability and integrity issues.
- Effective communication and coordination with asset organisations.
- Participation in root cause analysis, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (preferably subsea, automation, electrical, or instrumentation). Experience in subsea control systems and subsea umbilical.
- Experience within operations, technical integrity and maintenance tasks.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytic mindset, and communication abilities.
- Experience with operational support for subsea assets and familiarity with offshore industry standards.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Norwegian language skills are beneficial.
