Location: Asker
Main tasks:
- Pricing and bench marking of the procurement scope during the study, FEED and tender phase.
- Maintain a strong focus on study and tender requirements and deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, cost estimators, project management, Clients, and key suppliers.
- Develop and implement commercial, contractual, and technical strategies to secure new projects for the Company.
- Participate in developing overall tender procurement strategies for the Supply Chain.
- Deliver high-quality procurement input to assigned tenders: best cost, on-time delivery, and good quality.
- Support the Tender Procurement Manager in various improvement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree. Relevant subjects: Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Cost, Engineering and similar.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in purchasing processes.
- Right attitude and high commitment may compensate for lack of formal education.
- 5–7 years of relevant EPCI or corporate experience within the Supply Chain discipline (considered an advantage).
- Equal Commercial/Cost experience within Offshore/Oil&Gas EPC contracts.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in procurement/purchasing processes.
- Structured and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple cases in parallel.
- Strategic and analytic mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Professional, independent, thorough, and creative, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; demonstrates a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Required Certificates:
- Procurement/Supply Chain related certificates will be beneficial.
