Working Conditions:
  • Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (26 days per month)
  • Leave Rotation: 12 weeks On / 2 weeks Off
  Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support NFPS project shared resources and provide strong coordination to the Quality Organization during all phases of project execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the Quality Manager and Quality team.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activities across project departments.
  • Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
  • Manage recruitment‑related coordination for Quality personnel.
  • Assist with project correspondence in line with project requirements.
  • Support site staff mobilization and liaise with business teams.
  • Compile weekly/monthly Quality reports.
  • Coordinate Quality team business travel per QELNG requirements.
  • Maintain Quality registers (NCR, CAR, audit registers, tracking logs).
  • Ensure accurate weekly updates to Audit Universe.
  • Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and ensure PPE availability.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (12 years of schooling).
  • 5+ years’ experience coordinating between multiple disciplines in offshore/onshore project environments.
  • Experience in Qatar or the Middle East is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project execution processes is an added advantage.
