We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support NFPS project shared resources and provide strong coordination to the Quality Organization during all phases of project execution. Key Responsibilities

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8–10 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week (26 days per month)
- Leave Rotation: 12 weeks On / 2 weeks Off
We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support NFPS project shared resources and provide strong coordination to the Quality Organization during all phases of project execution. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Quality Manager and Quality team.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across project departments.
- Organize meetings, prepare MoMs, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Manage recruitment‑related coordination for Quality personnel.
- Assist with project correspondence in line with project requirements.
- Support site staff mobilization and liaise with business teams.
- Compile weekly/monthly Quality reports.
- Coordinate Quality team business travel per QELNG requirements.
- Maintain Quality registers (NCR, CAR, audit registers, tracking logs).
- Ensure accurate weekly updates to Audit Universe.
- Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and ensure PPE availability.
- High School Diploma (12 years of schooling).
- 5+ years’ experience coordinating between multiple disciplines in offshore/onshore project environments.
- Experience in Qatar or the Middle East is preferred.
- Knowledge of project execution processes is an added advantage.
