Team Lead (Senior Test Engineer)

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Maintenance Senior Engineer who can leverage expertise in automotive technology to support continuous growth and technical excellence. The role focuses on setting up test vehicles, managing software updates, and ensuring stable and reliable vehicle operation through testing and analysis.
Qualifications
• Education: No specific degree requirement
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant automotive or vehicle diagnostic work
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis
• Conduct software updates and system management
• Perform and evaluate vehicle test setups and results
Requirements
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (for test-driving)
• Strong communication skills across various technical teams
• English speaking ability: intermediate or higher
• Experience working with or for global/foreign automotive companies
Preferred Qualifications
• Holds or possesses equivalent hands-on capability to a certified vehicle maintenance technician
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability for complex vehicle issues
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and coordination skills
