Benefits
- 6 Month Contract
- $86/hr + super
- 8:6 Roster
- 12 Hour Days
- Experienced in operations management, preferably within mining or remote site environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors and onsite teams effectively
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to meet competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient with contractor frameworks, budget management, and safety systems such as SAP, BMS, and PIMS
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities
- Holds a current C-Class Driving Licence and comfortable working in remote site conditions
- Oversee day-to-day management of camp services including catering, maintenance, security, and accommodation
- Coordinate and liaise with multiple contractors ensuring service delivery is on schedule, within budget, and compliant with standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and operational reporting including accommodation forecasting and utilisation
- Act as the key point of contact for technical operational information between camp contractors and stakeholders
- Promote a positive safety culture and participate in leadership safety programs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, contractor compliance, and change management processes
