Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $25per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate I to support warehouse and inventory functions at an industrial facility in Fargo, Oklahoma. The role includes receiving, issuing, storing, shipping, and tracking materials while maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse. The ideal candidate works well independently, follows safety procedures, and manages downtime efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, issue, and store materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Inspect incoming items for damage and document discrepancies
- Organize warehouse storage and maintain cleanliness
- Package and prepare outgoing materials for shipment
- Record shipment arrival and departure times
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
- Conduct inventory counts and complete SAP transactions
- Handle UPS and FedEx shipments
- Manage hazardous materials shipping in accordance with regulations
- Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work
- Clear motor vehicle record
- Electric forklift certification (required)
- Strong time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must wear required PPE:
- Safety steel‑toe boots or shoes
- Flame‑Resistant Clothing (FRC) when working in the field
