Job Title: Warehouse Associate I
Location: Fargo, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $25per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate I to support warehouse and inventory functions at an industrial facility in Fargo, Oklahoma. The role includes receiving, issuing, storing, shipping, and tracking materials while maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse. The ideal candidate works well independently, follows safety procedures, and manages downtime efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, issue, and store materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
  • Inspect incoming items for damage and document discrepancies
  • Organize warehouse storage and maintain cleanliness
  • Package and prepare outgoing materials for shipment
  • Record shipment arrival and departure times
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
  • Conduct inventory counts and complete SAP transactions
  • Handle UPS and FedEx shipments
  • Manage hazardous materials shipping in accordance with regulations
  • Support general warehouse operations as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to meet physical demands of warehouse work
  • Clear motor vehicle record
  • Electric forklift certification (required)
  • Strong time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must wear required PPE:
    • Safety steel‑toe boots or shoes
    • Flame‑Resistant Clothing (FRC) when working in the field
