Position Overview
The Warehouse General Labor II role is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations to support the site’s operational integrity, reliability, efficiency, and alignment with business priorities. This position plays a key role in material handling, inventory management, and safe execution of warehouse processes while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily warehouse operations, including material handling, physical labor tasks, and the safe loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Manage end‑to‑end warehouse processes such as goods receipt, material issuing, storage, and inventory movement with accuracy and compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and control protocols in alignment with global operational requirements and the Procurement Warehouse Handbook.
  • Accurately complete and maintain documentation within SAP R/3, spreadsheets, databases, and other warehouse management systems.
  • Communicate proactively with Business Unit clients, Procurement teams, and Suppliers to ensure effective coordination of day‑to‑day operational needs.
  • Identify operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately while working in a moderate direction.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong awareness of safety, security, and operational control practices.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse management, materials distribution, and inventory control standards.
  • Proficiency with SAP R/3 and general warehouse technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and material handling.
