Shift: 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the warehouse. This includes inventory control, order fulfillment, logistics support, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment aligned with our guidelines. The role requires collaboration with warehouse personnel, managers, logistics teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely loading/unloading.
- Inspect received goods for accuracy and quality.
- Follow established processes, procedures, schedules, and timelines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including BOLs, labels, and packing lists.
- Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage, safety, and accessibility.
- Oversee picking, packing, staging, and replenishment activities.
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and carrier appointments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean, orderly warehouse conditions in alignment with our standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions, processes, and safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, picking, packing).
- Understanding of warehouse safety and OSHA expectations.
