- Receive, inspect, and unload goods and materials into inventory.
- Assist in tool room operations and material kitting.
- Collaborate with supplier and buyer teams for material flow coordination.
- Perform internal site deliveries and capture proof‑of‑delivery documentation.
- Issue materials to internal stakeholders, including walk‑up requests.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and manual/automated inventory listings.
- Review inventory availability and pull requested items for staging or delivery.
- Ensure warehouse organization, housekeeping, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Visually inspect inventory and report discrepancies or safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as required, including Warehouse Tech I responsibilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Current forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification quickly).
- Ability to safely receive and store palletized materials using forklifts and other equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and safely transport inventory as needed.
- Experience updating and maintaining records in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and occupational safety practices.
- Ability to interpret and follow site SOPs and product documentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a plant, industrial, or safety‑first operational environment.
- Familiarity with compliance reporting (e.g., cycle count, inventory controls).
