Position is for Operator II with the Rockies Water Operations Water On Demand team based out of Casper WY office. Candidate will support multiple operations across the water team to include but not limited to water facilities operation, maintenance, and repair. Candidate will possess the skills to lead the coordination and delivery of fresh water to completions activities through underground permanent infrastructure, associated facilities, and temporary surface transfer equipment. Candidate will aid in logistics involving cost evaluation and order placement, scheduling of said repairs with both internal and external support. Candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills for daily management of multiple contractors to ensure safe operations while adhering to company policies and procedures. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment as well as act independently with little to no supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
• The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10% • Rockies Area (PRB Basin / DJ Basin) intermittent cross basin team support may be required • Work schedule will be Wednesday through Wednesday (8 on / 6 off – 10 hour days). Weekends, callouts and overtime may be required occasionally • Accountable for personal safety, the safety of co-workers and promoting a safe work environment • Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations • Monitor and maintain equipment associated with water systems including but not limited to wellheads, pumps, motors, valves, heaters, meters, and automation equipment to ensure operational efficiency • Perform minor repairs on pumps, valves, pipe fittings, automation equipment, water transfer lines • Work closely with representatives of equipment manufacturers • Facilitate scheduled and unplanned maintenance on Fresh Water System and facilities • Respond to call out requests as needed for maintenance and emergency situations • Organize and maintain equipment records with preventative and predictive maintenance programs • Assist with identification, testing & implementation of new equipment • Coordinate and oversee contract work where applicable • Support other water operations activities as needed • Maintain/develop 3rd party vendor relationships and landowner relationships • Act independently on troubleshooting/diagnosis/orders/repairs
• Coordinate and oversee logistics and costs involved with transportation of fluids by Company and 3rd parties • Understand/act upon multiple leadership assignments outside of team, understand if task is acceptable • SAP purchase order organization, creation and management • Participate in budget and operation activity forecasts • Lead and maintain point or on call operation Knowledge & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in water transfer operations required with a focus in oil and gas industry • Possession of a valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle • Ability to work outdoors around oil and gas operations and in variable weather conditions.
• Mechanical knowledge in maintenance and operation of water equipment including rotating equipment, various pump types, motors, piping, valves filters, and automation equipment • Understanding of software including SAP, Microsoft Suite Software, Cygnet SCADA • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment, support and meet project milestones, and work on multiple projects in conjunction with other requirements.
• Self-starter and motivated learner that can work both independently with minimum supervision and within a collective group to support project requirements.
