Well Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Well Site Supervisor for a short-term drilling campaign in regional Queensland, with the potential to extend based on project needs. This role is with a respected owner-operator business focused on unconventional drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring drilling activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational standards.
• Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Monitor drilling progress, report key metrics, and ensure adherence to well plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide practical solutions on-site.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in unconventional tight gas operations and drilling activities.
• Previous work on drilling rigs in a supervisory or senior operational role.
• Strong understanding of drilling procedures, safety protocols, and wellsite operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, campaign-style operational environment
