Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring drilling activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational standards.
- Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Monitor drilling progress, report key metrics, and ensure adherence to well plans.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide practical solutions on-site.
- Proven experience in unconventional tight gas operations and drilling activities.
- Previous work on drilling rigs in a supervisory or senior operational role.
- Strong understanding of drilling procedures, safety protocols, and wellsite operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote, campaign-style operational environment
