Well Test Operator

We are seeking experienced Well Test Operators to join a dynamic team supporting offshore oil and gas operations. This role offers exposure to a variety of offshore well testing environments, providing hands-on experience with surface well testing equipment and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rig up, operate, and maintain surface well testing and pressure control equipment on location
• Conduct well testing operations safely while monitoring, recording, and analyzing wellbore fluid data
• Perform quality control checks on data and provide technical input for reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or operational issues with minimal supervision
• Participate in planning and job preparation, including equipment setup, site surveys, and operational coordination
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior personnel, assisting with training and competency development
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive experience in well testing operations, ideally with a combination of onshore and offshore exposure
• Strong knowledge of surface well testing, pressure control systems, and basic rig operations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and operational documentation
• Competence in safely performing pressure testing and using hand tools in operational settings
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support competency assessments
• Familiarity with operational software and Microsoft Office applications
