We are currently seeking an experienced Thermal Wellsite Supervisor to support thermal heavy oil operations in Saskatchewan. This position is responsible for overseeing field execution of wellsite activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with hands-on experience in thermal programs who can manage contractors, drive performance, and uphold high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily wellsite operations for thermal drilling, completions, workovers, and/or SAGD/CSS programs
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory, environmental, and company HSE standards
- Coordinate and oversee drilling and service contractors
- Monitor wellsite performance, timelines, and costs against approved programs
- Review and approve daily field reports and documentation
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead daily safety meetings and reinforce a strong safety culture
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- 8+ years of oil & gas field experience
- Direct experience with thermal heavy oil operations (SAGD and/or CSS required)
- Previous company representative or supervisory experience preferred
- Required safety certifications (Supervisor H2S Alive, First Aid, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
