Responsibility:

  • Cultivate an extensive network of local contacts to remain updated on industry trends and upcoming market developments.
  • Build and empower a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, ensuring preparedness, and aligning strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and overall business environment to shape new product concepts, pricing models, and innovative business approaches.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation through active collaboration with clients, government bodies, community groups, and industry partners.
  • Define financial goals, track key performance indicators, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Guarantee adherence to all relevant industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Stay ahead of regulatory and environmental challenges by applying technology and creative solutions to address them effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with regional counterparts while keeping informed of developments and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred; advanced studies in engineering, technology, or similar fields would be considered an advantage.
  • Significant professional experience within Taiwan’s automotive industry, particularly in sales and business development roles.
  • Prior exposure to establishing and growing new business operations in a market is highly desirable.
Role-Specific Skills
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and driving business development initiatives.
  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments with complex stakeholder relationships, coupled with the ability to maintain a holistic perspective and connect diverse elements.
Language Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
