Key Responsibilities
1. Boiler Operation & Monitoring

Key Responsibilities
1. Boiler Operation & Monitoring
- Operate and control high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, turbines).
- Monitor temperature, pressure, water levels, and fuel flow to maintain optimal conditions.
- Start up and shut down boiler systems according to established procedures.
- Perform routine inspections of boilers, burners, pipelines, and related equipment.
- Identify and report malfunctions, leaks, or inefficiencies.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
- Follow strict safety protocols to prevent hazards such as explosions, fires, or steam leaks.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and environmental standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of operations and safety checks.
- Diagnose operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations to stabilize plant operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Maintain accurate logs of:
- Boiler performance
- Fuel consumption
- Maintenance activities
- Prepare reports for supervisors and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with:
- Control room operators
- Engineers
- Maintenance crews
- Ensure smooth coordination during shift handovers.
