12D Civil Designer – Rail (Contract)
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Contract: 3 months with possible extension
Rate: Open to market rate

NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading engineering consultancy to source an experienced 12D Civil Designer to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure project.
This contract role will see you embedded within a high-performing design team, contributing to the development of civil rail corridor designs from concept through to detailed delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver civil design solutions using 12D Model across rail infrastructure projects
- Develop alignments, earthworks, drainage, and grading designs
- Produce high-quality design documentation (plans, cross-sections, long sections)
- Support multidisciplinary coordination across track, structures, and utilities
- Participate in design reviews and project delivery milestones
- Proven experience as a 12D Civil Designer within infrastructure projects
- Strong background in rail, roads, or linear corridor design
- Advanced proficiency in 12D Model
- Solid understanding of earthworks, drainage, and alignment design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
