Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Mobilisering av 3.part, digitalt mobiliseringsskjema sendes underleverandør
- Registrering i SAP
- Bestilling av IT/bygg tilganger
- Påmelding til HMS24, sikkerhetskurs og andre interne kurs
- Registrering i kundens system
- Oppfølging av manglende kurs eller utløpte tilganger
- Kvalitetssikring mot kundekrav og interne krav
- Jevnlig dialog/møter med 3.part for mobilisering av personell
- Rotering av personell i bedriftens interne systemer
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Min. 3-årig videregående skole
- Må ha erfaring med arbeidsoppgaver som 3.part koordinator
- Må ha erfaring fra prosjekt (minimum 2 års erfaring)
- Kjennskap til SAP er en fordel
- Gode IT kunnskaper
- Kunne jobbe selvstendig og være proaktiv
- Håndtere høyt aktivitetsnivå og trives i en hektisk hverdag
- Samarbeidsvillig, kunne jobbe i team
