Job Description: ACCE Lead (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator Specialist)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced ACCE Lead to oversee and execute the cost estimation scope for our upcoming project. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE), strong technical advisory capabilities, and extensive experience in Pre‑FEED environments. This role requires a seasoned professional who can ensure high‑quality cost estimates and guide engineering teams on the data requirements needed to achieve accurate results.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation:
Develop comprehensive and reliable cost estimates using Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE) based on engineering inputs and project deliverables.
- Technical Advisory:
Provide expert guidance on the engineering data and deliverables required to achieve ±30% cost estimate accuracy, ensuring alignment with project standards and methodologies.
- Data Integration:
Map engineering deliverable lists into ACCE components and ensure seamless integration of technical data into the estimation model.
- Estimation Across Project Phases:
Deliver high‑quality cost estimates from conceptual design through to detailed engineering.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, project controls, and management teams to validate assumptions, review inputs, and ensure consistency across project phases.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in Pre‑FEED projects with a strong understanding of the client standards and workflows.
- Official ACCE (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator) certification is mandatory.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator software.
- Strong capability in mapping engineering deliverables into ACCE components and building structured cost models.
- Demonstrated experience delivering estimates from conceptual to detailed design stages.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in cost estimation or project controls.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to work independently and lead estimation activities with minimal supervision.
