Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Sikre at fakturaer blir behandlet og betalt innen forfallsdato ved å støtte og følge opp godkjenneren av faktura
- Sikre at fakturaer blir bokført i riktig regnskapsperiode og i henhold til selskapets retningslinjer og god regnskapsskikk
- Oppfølging av avvik, purringer og leverandørhenvendelser
- Bistå med andre ad hoc-forespørsler og prosjekter ved behov
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Bachelorgrad innen økonomi/regnskap eller annen relevant utdanning
- Erfaring med SAP
- God systemforståelse og tallforståelse
- Flytende i norsk og engelsk
- Selvgående og ansvarsbevisst
- Strukturert og nøyaktig
- Proaktiv tilnærming til å gjennomgå prosesser og foreslå samt gjennomføre prosessforbedringer
- Trives med teamarbeid – evne til å involvere andre i eget arbeid ved behov
