This role requires someone who can prioritize tasks, manage schedules, maintain office supplies, and provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilites:
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Assist with meeting preparation, including setting up materials and refreshments as needed.
- Process outgoing and incoming shipments, including FedEx and other courier services.
- Track and maintain office inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Order and replenish office supplies and breakroom supplies as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing.
- Support various departments with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Monitor office common areas and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Experience coordinating meeting rooms and office events.
