Location: Spring, TX (On-site)
Rate: $30/hr (Negotiable)                                                  Duration: One (1) Year- Contract

Overview
We are seeking a resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced Oil & Gas environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and engaging, capable of working independently while supporting team objectives and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors and provide assistance.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Draft correspondence and maintain organized records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Event Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in administrative support and event coordination.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Familiarity with Windows-based email and data systems.
    • Knowledge of web-based conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent grammar and proofreading ability.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professionalism: Independent, reliable, and a collaborative team player.
