Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, analytical, and secretarial support to senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information while supporting multiple stakeholders.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, analytical, and secretarial support to senior leadership within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information while supporting multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department leadership and senior staff
- Prepare, review, and manage reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage scheduling priorities
- Handle correspondence, phone communications, and email coordination
- Process expense reports, timekeeping, and general administrative tasks
- Compile, analyze, and format data from multiple sources for reporting purposes
- Utilize SAP and other internal systems for data entry, reporting, invoice processing, and contract administration
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company policies
- Track project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables
- Prepare and edit high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and formatting compliance
- Ensure proper document retention and accessibility
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and executive-level functions
- Manage venue sourcing, logistics, travel arrangements, and on-site execution
- Oversee event materials, including presentations, printed materials, and attendee amenities
- Reconcile event expenses and ensure accurate billing
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Business coursework preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
