About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support our Document Controls and Scheduling teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, and brings a strong sense of ownership to administrative and office coordination tasks. You’ll be a central point of support, ensuring teams have what they need to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
•     Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Document Controls and Scheduling teams.
•     Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling activities as needed.
•     Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
•     Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
•     Support onboarding activities for new team members (access requests, workspace setup, documentation).
•     Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Document Control Support
•     Assist with document tracking, version control, and distribution.
•     Ensure documentation is properly stored, labeled, and accessible within established systems.
•     Help maintain compliance with internal standards and project documentation requirements.
