Overview The AL Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers in field operations. This role focuses on executing service delivery, identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The AL Field Specialist plays a key part in supporting operational excellence through standard work, risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Operations
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Execute assigned service delivery tasks safely and efficiently.
- Participate in job risk analysis (JRA) and apply risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement standard work practices.
- Support continual improvement efforts for operational performance.
- Develop and maintain customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers to review performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements by conducting CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality initiatives.
- Consistently wear proper PPE and comply with all site-specific and company HSE policies.
- Maintain required safety training and certifications.
