ARMO Support Technician – Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
Schedule: 21 Days On / 21 Days Off Rotation
Comfortable with extreme cold (-30°F)


Position Summary
The AMO Support Technician supports company Completions & Wellbore Intervention (CWI) operations in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
by assisting with material handling, equipment movement, loadouts, and general shop and yard support activities.

Key Responsibilities
•            Support CWI AMO operations through safe handling, staging, and movement of completion tools and equipment
•            Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with HSE standards and site requirements
•            Load and offload tubulars, completion tools, and support equipment for field operations and customer loadouts
•            Assist with yard organization and shop flow to support Receiving, Inspection, Redress, Assembly, and loadout activities
•            Perform general labor duties including cleaning, equipment preparation, snow removal support, and maintaining safe work areas
•            Support technicians and operations personnel with movement and preparation of equipment to meet operational turnaround requirements
•            Maintain compliance with HSE policies, PPE requirements, hazard identification, and Stop Work Authority expectations
•            Participate in daily safety meetings, pre-job planning, and site safety initiatives
•            Work effectively in Arctic conditions while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and execution


Qualifications & Experience
•            Previous oil & gas, industrial, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
•            Forklift operating experience required
•            Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials in outdoor industrial environments
•            Strong work ethic with ability to work extended hours during peak operational periods
•            Ability to work a rotational schedule of 21 days on / 21 days off in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska
•            Strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a high-demand operational environment


Preferred Skills
•            Basic rigging and load securement knowledge
•            Familiarity with AMO, completions, or oilfield equipment handling
•            Experience working in remote camp-based environments
