Asset Integrity Director – Abu Dhabi

  • Senior leadership role responsible for the integrity, reliability, and safe operation of large‑scale fertilizer and chemical assets across multiple sites

  • Provide strategic direction and governance for asset integrity, mechanical integrity, inspection, corrosion management, and lifecycle assurance programs

  • Act as the organization’s senior integrity authority, setting standards, priorities, and performance expectations across operations and projects

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams; drive accountability, capability building, and succession planning

  • Champion a strong safety and integrity culture, ensuring full compliance with HSE, regulatory, and international codes and standards

  • Proactively identify integrity risks, approve mitigation strategies, and ensure prevention of loss‑of‑containment events

  • Partner closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, capital projects, and executive leadership to align integrity goals with business objectives

  • Provide clear, concise integrity reporting and risk positions to senior management and technical governance forums

  • Support major shutdowns, turnarounds, and capital investments with authoritative integrity input

  • Extensive experience in asset integrity leadership within large industrial, petrochemical, or fertilizer operations

  • Proven ability to lead senior technical teams in complex, multi‑site operating environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; advanced qualifications or certifications preferred

  • Strong executive communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder engagement skills
