Asset Manager (Renewable Energy Investments) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and maximize the value of our domestic renewable energy investment portfolio. This role will be responsible for the overall management of invested assets, including SPC administration, investor reporting, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing asset performance monitoring.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and performance of renewable energy investments while supporting strategic portfolio objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation and performance of renewable energy investments while supporting strategic portfolio objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee domestic renewable energy investment assets (e.g., solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects)
- Administer and manage Special Purpose Companies (SPCs)
- Oversee SPC cash management and review key commercial agreements and contracts
- Monitor asset performance and support value enhancement initiatives
- Prepare regular and ad hoc investor reports and presentations
- Coordinate with investors, lenders, advisors, and other external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on asset management matters
- Support financial, operational, and compliance-related activities of investment assets
- Maintain and organize investment-related documentation and records
- Assist in identifying and implementing asset optimization opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in asset management or investment-related roles (approximately 7 years preferred)
- Experience managing investment assets and/or portfolios
- Hands-on experience with SPC management and administration
- Experience preparing investor reports and managing stakeholder communications
- Ability to review and understand commercial contracts and agreements
- Business-level Korean and English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience working for an asset management company
- Renewable energy investment or asset management experience
- Experience in domestic project financing (PF)
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, or alternative investments
- Strong financial analysis and asset performance monitoring capabilities
- Fluent Korean and English communication skills
- Experience working in multinational organizations or with international investors
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
- Interest in developing expertise within the renewable energy and infrastructure investment sectors
