Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Delivery Team to align scope, schedule, and readiness documentation (IOM, registers, datasheets, P&IDs).
- Coordinate with Asset Owners to clarify activities, close gaps, and provide progress updates to handover.
- Work with Central Support (Maintenance, NPI, Water, Engineering, Reliability) to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct spares assessments, cataloguing, and stock management with Site Maintenance & Asset Management.
- Maintain SAP master data (locations, equipment, BOMs, plans, task lists) per Maintenance Philosophy and legislation, including FMECA.
- Lead meetings, manage schedules/budgets, and deliver progress reports.
- Electrical trade or relevant qualification.
Mechanical or electrical planning experience. - SAP Master Data expertise
- Mining industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance Processes & Operational Readiness.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Logical, pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
