Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Bestilling, koordinering, oppfølging og booking av personell som skal med helikopter Offshore
- Samarbeide med prosjektene for å sikre optimal mobilisering (delta i ukentlige møter)
- Følge opp i selskapets systemer (AST/SAP) samt DaWinci
- Sikre at personell har rett kurs/sertifikater før utreise, registrering i SAP
- Melde på obligatoriske kurs
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Min. 3-årig videregående
- Ønskelig med erfaring fra lignende arbeidsoppgaver
- Må ha erfaring fra DaWinci
- Ønskelig med erfaring fra SAP
- Kunne jobbe selvstendig
- Gode samarbeidsevner
- Nøyaktig og strukturert
- Fleksibel da det er mye endringer i perioder på booking av helikopter/utreise
Sertifikater:
- Må ha gjennomført Dawinci Kurs.
