The primary responsibility of this job is to lead and manage Tainan Customer Service Center (CSC 56). Lead daily operations including customer service and warehouse teams to deliver services to customers, at the same time, maintain the operation efficiency and profitability.

Responsibility: 
Operational Excellence:
• Schedule tasks, assign responsibilities, and optimize team productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Communicate strategic plans and operational changes clearly across all teams.
Financial Management:
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to manage budgets, allocate resources and control expenses
• Ensure billing accuracy and revenue capture from services rendered.
• Align financial goals with cross-functional teams and leadership through effective communication.
Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, including fire safety, environmental protection, labor safety, and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with QEH&S, HR, and key stakeholders to uphold safety protocols and security standards.
• Oversee warehouse layouts, equipment inspections, and maintenance workflows.
• Communicate safety protocols effectively and ensure team adherence.
Team Development & Culture Building:
• Partner with Recruitment, Retention, and Training teams for talent acquisition and staff development.
• Build a positive team culture through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Foster open communication channels to address concerns, provide feedback, and encourage engagement.
Support:
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in operations to support business development.
• Participate in stakeholders meetings to share insights and address operational concerns.
• Support organizational objectives through other assigned tasks and collaborative projects.

Qualification:
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and security standards.
• Proactive problem solver, familiar with NCR/CAPA system, capable of recommending and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Ability to develop SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and budget planning.
