Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review increasingly complex engineering deliverable.
- Perform research and recommend equipment/material selections.
- Develop engineering calculations and manage project data.
- Ensure compliance with design guides, standards, and quality programs.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on project execution.
- Mentor entry-level engineers and interns.
- Support business development activities when needed.
- Experience in Underground Transmission Design.
- Proficiency in Cymcap or similar software for cable sizing (E-Tap alone is insufficient).
- Knowledge of shield bonding schemes, conductor sizing, and managing shield voltages.
- Understanding of cable installation methods, soil thermal properties, and civil constraints for installation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
