Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate P&PM Analyst Provides support in planning and performance management P&PM analytical activities under the close supervision of senior P&PM staff and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities
Support other Planning & Performance Management P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to routine P&PM tasks, including business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting.  
Conduct ad-hoc studies on various topics such as business case analysis, internal and external benchmarking, risk analysis, company financial analysis, corporate processes and workflows, and the development of digital and AI-driven process improvements in the P&PM domain.
Prepare reports and presentations covering standard P&PM activities.
Provide analytical support to senior personnel across the organization’s objectives and deliverables.
 
Minimum Requirements:

Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4

Experience Required:

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of management accounting and finance.

Skills Required:
Flexible and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to manage a diverse range of tasks.
Able to produce high-quality written reports and presentations.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Familiarity with database applications, data management tools, and data communication and presentation tools is beneficial.

Certification Required

professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

Full Time – 40h schedule per week
