Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Engineer to support the successful execution of automation and digital power projects. The Project Management Engineer will be responsible for project coordination, documentation control, procurement tracking, scheduling support, and communication among internal teams, customers, and suppliers. This role is essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with Schneider Electric project management processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Track project schedules, progress, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain and control project documents and records.
  • Manage document submissions, revisions, and approvals.
  • Support procurement activities and track material deliveries.
  • Monitor project costs, expenses, invoicing, and budget updates.
  • Prepare project reports and administrative documentation.
  • Arrange site access, logistics, and project-related administration.
  • Support resource planning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Maintain FAT, SAT, and project completion records.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
  • Support site installation and supervise subcontractors during project execution.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management or related fields.
  • Experience working with multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Experience with Data Center BMS or Critical Facility projects.
  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Effective project coordination and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
