Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Delta i planlegging av ATS jobber
- Jevnlig dialog med underleverandører ift ledige ressurser til ATS jobbene
- Lage call-off med PO
- Sende mobiliseringsskjema
- Lage/endre ATS personell brukere i SAP
- Rotere ATS personell i AST
- Melde på kurs og søke tilganger i kundens systemer og kundens SAP
- Motta og godkjenne fakturaer for de ulike ATS jobbene
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Minimum 3-årig videregående skole
- Må ha minst 1-2 års erfaring med ATS arbeidsoppgaver
- Må ha minimum 2 års erfaring med prosjektarbeid
- Ønskelig med SAP erfaring
- Gode IT kunnskaper
- Kunne jobbe selvstendig
- Være proaktiv
- Gode samarbeidsevner
- Nøyaktig og strukturert
- Fleksibel
- Må kunne snakke og skrive flytende norsk
