Document Control Associate II (Contract)
Location: Bartlesville, OK (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks
Job Summary The Document Control Associate II supports the Human Resources team by reviewing employee documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and applicable regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary The Document Control Associate II supports the Human Resources team by reviewing employee documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and applicable regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review employee compliance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
- Verify required documents are present, legible, and properly completed.
- Identify, document, and track errors, omissions, and discrepancies.
- Communicate issues clearly and report required corrections to appropriate contacts.
- Follow up on outstanding corrections to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain organized records in accordance with document retention guidelines.
- Escalate recurring, significant, or time-sensitive issues to management as needed.
- Coordinate as needed with the Program Coordinator to support documentation workflow.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience reviewing documents or data for accuracy and compliance (HR, onboarding, administrative, quality, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors in forms and supporting documentation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures.
- Experience supporting HR, onboarding, or compliance-related processes.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
