Dimensions of the Position
  • Multiple correpondants: Business Units, Subsidiaries, iTeam, external partners
  • Processes: Treasury (payments, bank statement, financing, hedging, closing), Accounts Receivables, Credit Management, Credit Insurance, Commissions
  • Scope : Group
  • Systems : SAP, Cashpooler, DFT Portal, FX ALL; Cofanet, BVD Orbis, Power BI, Highradius
Activities
  • In liaison  with IT support functions and the global Group BPOs for AR, Treasury and Credit Management, manage all system evolutions (in project context or not): design, acceptance tests, delivery in production planning, user communication or training
  • Manage projects in connection with the evolution of the region’s systems, in liaison with the process managers concerned, the IT support functions and the global Group BPOs for AR, Treasury and Credit Management
  • Contribute to designing and distributing group procedures and best practices
  • Issue and maintain procedures and instructions
  • Communicate with process users to identify issues.  Identify risks and opportunities in relation to current processes
  • Explore and suggest process improvements, with a strong focus onchanges to existing processes that would improve their efficiency or security
  • Ensure the processes in place can be easily subjected to audit. Describe and document their links and interactions with other processes especially with regards to local specificities
  • Assist treasury, accounts receivables, credit & commission local teams by providing information and documentation
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance users’ systems & processes knowledge and bring them up to speed  on AR / Treasury / Credit Management processes
  • Manage systems access: validate access following segregation of duty principles, manage user access periodic review
  • For Accounts Receivables, Credit & Commissions:
    • Support and propose enhancement in reporting tools
    • Support and propose business enhancement of Highradius in line with Core Model
    • Provide assistance and track adoption of Highradius by localteams

Goals
  • Implement the Core Model at group level
  • Ensure security of payments. Ensure that treasury group principles are followed in FX hedging and cash management.
  • Ensure that BUs have the means to manage credit risk and overdues and thus participate in the improvement of Working Capital. Optimize transactions in the Credit Shared Service Centres. Ensure compliance of Credit Management processes with the Group’s Golden Rules
