Position - Building Delivery Manager
Location - Oman , Muscat
Start Date - September 2026
Duration - 12 months renewable contract
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress and schedule adherence.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings and follow up action items.
• Track engineering deliverables, approvals and construction readiness.
• Monitor procurement status and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Drive punch list closure and commissioning readiness activities.
• Escalate risks, delays and recovery plans to project management.
• Support mechanical completion and handover activities.
Required Experience :
• Significant experience in building, infrastructure or industrial facility delivery.
• Previous EPC project experience.
• Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical or Heavy Industrial project background highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Experience overseeing contractor and subcontractor performance.
• Knowledge of HSE, QA/QC and project controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
