You’ll play a critical role in mapping business processes, building governance frameworks, and developing policies to support technology integrations across multiple projects. You’ll play a critical role in mapping business processes, building governance frameworks, and developing policies to support technology integrations across multiple projects. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document end-to-end business processes for technology projects.
- Develop and implement governance structures and policies for tech integrations.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
- Support project delivery across a large pipeline of work.
- Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in Australia as a Senior BA in complex environments.
- Strong background in process mapping, policy development, and governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale technology projects highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety standards and exposure to construction or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
- Competitive day rates.
- Long-term contract 6 months but likely extensions for 12 month + +
- Work on critical projects with significant organisational impact.
