About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major WA organisation delivering complex technology integrations and transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large program of work with significant impact across multiple business units.
You’ll play a critical role in mapping business processes, building governance frameworks, and developing policies to support technology integrations across multiple projects. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document end-to-end business processes for technology projects.
  • Develop and implement governance structures and policies for tech integrations.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
  • Support project delivery across a large pipeline of work.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
About You
  • Proven experience in Australia as a Senior BA in complex environments.
  • Strong background in process mapping, policy development, and governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in large-scale technology projects highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and exposure to construction or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
